1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Build Beautiful website, CRM platform, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use the service.
2. Services Provided
Build Beautiful is an all-in-one CRM and marketing system with optional done-for-you services. We provide:
Access to cloud-based CRM softwareMarketing and automation toolsWebsite and funnel buildersDone-for-you setup packagesOptional monthly marketing retainers and support
You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Account Requirements
To access most features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete informationMaintain the confidentiality of your login credentialsBe responsible for any activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payment & Subscription Terms
You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan or service:
CRM software subscriptions are billed monthly or annuallyAdd-ons (e.g., SMS usage, additional email sends) are billed based on usageDone-for-you services are billed as one-time paymentsMarketing retainers are billed monthly in advance
All payments are securely processed. By providing your payment method, you authorize us to charge recurring fees as agreed.
5. Refund Policy
We stand behind the value of our services and are committed to your success. However, due to the digital and strategic nature of our offerings, our refund policy is as follows:
CRM Subscriptions: You may cancel anytime. Refunds are not provided for past billing periods.Done-For-You Setup ($1,997): Once work has begun, this fee is non-refundable. If you cancel before onboarding begins, a 50% refund may be requested in writing.Marketing Retainer Services: These are non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellations require a 14-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
We do not offer prorated refunds or refunds due to unused features or user error. Please contact

6. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposesInterfere with or disrupt the system or its security featuresAttempt to reverse engineer or duplicate the softwareMisuse the platform to spam, harass, or deceive other users
Violation of these terms may result in termination of your account without notice or refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, including logos, branding, software, and written content, are the intellectual property of In2itive Biz Solutions LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our materials without express written consent.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using our platform.
8. Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, Twilio, Google Calendar). We are not responsible for the practices, performance, or terms of these third-party services.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform for violation of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for all business goals.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, reliability, or results of using our services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build Beautiful and In2itive Biz Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the servicesUnauthorized access or misuse of your dataAny bugs, errors, or interruptions
In any case, our liability is limited to the total amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, NC.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
